I saw your post on Goshen community Cafe. I know it wasn’t suppose to go to the whole group, but it did! I want you to know I will be praying for you. I know God can do miraculas things and I am praying that for you! I have a sister who has ovarian cancer!

Sherry–I was wondering how you were doing earlier today and found this site thru PBS; I’m so glad I did. Seems like you are holding up well–cancer is a full time job, LOL! I hope to see you back on the PBS boards in force soon, and just wanted you to know that you continue to be in my thoughts and prayers, and that I’m thrilled that you’ve come through the worst of it, and so well.

Hi Sherry. Hope this finds you doing well and feeling better day by day. Just found a first cousin of mine was diagnosed w/breast cancer and has been thru her first round of chemo. So now I have some sort of idea what you have been thru just by the stories she has told me. I just wanted to tell you I think you are an amazing person and can only hope that I can be half the positive, upbeat person you are and I have not been thru half of what you have.

Karrie & Lyn, I do believe that the prayers and thoughts sent by my many friends do actually make a difference. The Lord says for us to gather in prayer and it shall be as one voice gown louder because of the numbers. I think heaven must be filled with the voicees calling for my healing!
As you can see by my last newsletter, I am doing much better, so you are all making a difference in my healing and in my life. Please continue to call upon the Lord in a great voice lifted on my behalf, and I will continue to work on my positive attitude and joyous singing of thanks to heaven for the answers.

Hope you are feeling well today. Have been thinking of you as of late as I did not know of your diagnosis of breast cancer until recently (when you put out the word about your tags on PBS). I hope things are going well and sometimes I wish I wasn’t 2.5 hrs away but I am sure you have so many friends and family there to help you. All I can do here is keep you in my thoughts and hope things are improving day by day.

What a wonderful website - so easy for this non-techie to find her way around. I just learned that congratulations are in order - a new grandson!

The page layout is really similar, and I like it because you can make it look however you want without a lot of know-how
Keeping a blog of my feelings and things I’m going thru is not only good for myself, but for others like you that can read and see what’s ahead and maybe get an idea of how to deal with it or how to avoid it sometimes.
You just keep being strong,and make sure you take advantage of any support system you can get, whether it’s family, friends, the hospital, PBS, or whatever. Surround yourself with people who will help you keep that postitive strong attitude, because it DOES make a difference!

Thanks, Ownie, Sounds to me like Dave and Marcus are a lot alike. He sees the bright spot in anything and the good in everything. He can always find a positive way to look at anything, and his faith has been my guidebook.
